This is a simple, quick and fresh recipe to start a big day.
- 1 papaya;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 small greek yogurt ( without sugar);
- your favourite muesli;
Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds and add the juice of half lemon in each half of papaya. Use the papaya as a bowl to serve the yogurt topped with mueasly and a bit of honey.
