Papaya bowl of yogurt and muesli

Papaya Muesli

This is a simple, quick and fresh recipe to start a big day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 papaya;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 small greek yogurt ( without sugar);
  • your favourite muesli;
  • honey;
Preparation:
Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds and add the juice of half lemon in each half of papaya. Use the papaya as a bowl to serve the yogurt topped with mueasly and a bit of honey.
